Free Worldwide Shipping.


After your order is paid, our storage facility division typically takes 3-6 working days (please note that during hot-sales periods or public holidays, handling time may be extended to 5-10 working days) to conduct quality assessment, packaging, and deliver the order to the logistics center for delivery.


We offer the following shipping methods:


Express Service


We use TNT/DHL/UPS/EMS/OUR SPECIAL EXPRESS FIRM for rapid delivery. Shipping typically takes 5-10 working days to anywhere in the world using KCS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX/UPS, and 7-12 working days by EMS. Shipping to South America or Russia may take slightly longer. Delivery times depend on the destination.


Direct Mail: 6 - 15 business days.


Airmail: 7 - 35 business days.

Airline


We offer three shipping methods, and delivery times are as follows:


Flat Rate Shipping: 15-25 working days.


Standard Shipping: 12-14 working days.


Expedited Delivery: 7-10 working days.


You can choose one of these delivery methods when placing your order.


Tracking Your Packages


We provide full and timely logistics information tracking for all orders on SGSREPS.COM, To track your package, log in to your account, go to "Order History," select your order, and click on "Your Packages" to access tracking information.


7-Day Return Policy


At SGSREPS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of the purchase receiving date in its new, unworn, and unaltered condition.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.

Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, we will reship the merchandise you want, but you will be charged for the second shipment and a restocking fee.


Return Costs


Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Please provide us with the tracking information for the return shipment. We will process the compensation once we receive the returned item.
